Time Requirements
LAUNCH Pad Leadership Experience is a 12-month program requiring approximately twenty hours per week of mutual investment.

- 8 Hours a Week In Online Christian College Courses
- 6 Hours a Week In Practical Ministry Experience
- 4 Hours a Week In Live Mentor-based Leadership Development Training
- 2 Hours a Week in Entrepreneurial and Market Place Ministry Training

LAUNCH Pad takes place in the Austin / Round Rock Texas area. Austin is one of the fastest growing cities in America and is known for its thriving music, arts, and business culture. The Austin, Texas area is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. The rapid growth of the population has produced many needs and opportunities to minister the gospel to a diverse group of people arriving from all over the world.

Admittance into our program is not based on your past mistakes or qualifications. We are looking for people with a sincere desire to grow in their walk with Jesus and pursue the destiny God has for them. Passion and Pursuit are the key qualifiers.

God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important. As a result, no one can ever boast in the presence of God.
